Frank Craven was born in Chicago, Illinois. At age eight his family moved to Overland Park Kansas, and his parents still live in the same house where he grew up less than a mile from the offices of Penton Business Media. Prior to joining Penton, Frank held positions at MarketLink, a used aircraft marketing company, and was a full time flight instructor for many years. Frank joined Penton Publishing in 1995 as Associate Editor of the Aircraft Bluebook Price Digest, a price guide for used aircraft. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Editor of AC-U-KWIK FBO and Airport Directories. He was appointed to Group Publisher of the Aviation Division in 2007 which included the Air Charter Guide.

Francine Eladhari, Associate Publisher
Francine grew up in the town of L'Isle Adam, northwest of Paris, France. After getting her professional start during a seven-year stint as a retail buyer in France and the UK, Eladhari lived and worked in Kuwait and Iraq in 1980-86. When she and her family moved to the United States in 1986, Eladhari started her own import business, which she operated for four years. While completing a BS in business at Northeastern University and an MA in human resources management at Emmanuel College she joined The Air Charter Guide in 1990, where her French roots and international experience were essential to the expansion of the Guide's editorial, circulation, and sales programs from North America to Europe and beyond. She left the Guide but deepened her knowledge of the aviation and transportation industry during a five-year tenure at the Department of Transportation's Volpe Center in Cambridge as a technical recruiter and lead member of the DOT's "Tutoring, Educating and Mentoring (TEAM) Effort." The Air Charter Guide and its clients have benefited from her expertise in organizational development, tri-lingual language skills, and international experience since 1998.

Bettina Gentile, Product Director
Bettina grew up in the Schleswig-Holstein town of Plön in northern Germany. She holds a masters degree in German from Technische UniversitSt Carola-Wilhelmina and a second in Art from the Hochschule für Bildende Künste. After graduation, a love of travel led her and three friends to embark on a two-year wanderlust trek across the United States in a school bus they purchased and converted for the trip themselves. An American journey she continues today as wife and mother. In 1994 Gentile joined The Air Charter Guide, where her native German skills became the linguistic key to the Guide's expansion into central Europe. In addition to her editorial and sales outreach in North America and Germany, Gentile is also the Guide's senior editor, and the depth and credibility of the Guide's unsurpassed database of air charter operations owes much to her meticulous attention to detail.
